Our in-house tool department, we believe, is one of the most important factors that set us apart from many others. Our injection mold quotes are very competitive, and our lead times are usually relatively short when compared to other toolmakers. Beside, having a tool room in the same facility has several advantages:

Your mold will be designed and built by true craftsmen using CAD/CAM software, and CNC and EDM equipment. Our extreme attention to detail ensures that the plastic injection molds and our custom injection molding will meet or exceed your requirements.

Plastic Injection Molding Capabilities

Our machines are designed for repeatability to help secure reduced labor costs and lower reject rates, saving you money.

  • Insert molding: which allows for other components, e.g. metal parts, molded cables and encapsulated circuit boards) to be completely                            ntegrated into the plastic molded part in cycle.
  • Over molding: which uses different component materials and integrates them into a single part, much like what you might see on a toothbrush, where                         a soft elastomer material is molded onto a rigid handle.


              


Secondary Operations

  • Engraving: Add logo or text to your part by engraving to the tooling
  • Pad Printing: Add logo or text to your part with ink, which can be easily changed
  • Hot Stamping: Similar to pad printing, but uses a heat transfer of tape with colored, metallic and even reflective or hologram film instead of ink.
